First, we start by understanding your idea. For example, one client, Julia, shared an AI-generated image with us. Based on that, we carefully confirmed all the important details, such as material, color, size, logo design, and payment method. This stage usually takes about one week to ensure everything is accurate.

Next, we prepare materials and accessories while arranging logo production through our embroidery department. During our first trial, we used stock fabric with rhinestones, but it was difficult to sew the logo properly. After testing, we improved the process by creating custom rhinestone patterns and leaving space for the embroidery. This solution worked much better.

 

Throughout production, we keep you updated on progress. Once the product is finished, we send photos and sample packages for your final approval before shipment.

Finally, we track the delivery and collect your feedback. This helps us improve and prepare for future bulk production.
